Pamela has just made me the most beautiful diamond and sapphire ring. She combined my existing diamonds with two new sapphires to create the most stunning ring. Pamela took very detailed notes on my ideas and offered extremely helpful advice on the setting style and width of the band. She kept me involved in each step of the process so I fully understood and agreed with the exact end result. The ring exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Pamela! She is a true artist and a pleasure to work with.

I highly recommend Pamela. She helped me create the perfect custom engagement ring for my now fiance. Not only did the ring turn out perfect and gorgeous, Pam was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I had very specific requirements and specifications for the ring design which Pam fulfilled completely, keeping the ring subtly vintage, yet sophisticated and timeless. She even provided me guidance and recommendations throughout the process. She was extremely responsive, especially given my very tight timeline to propose on my anniversary date. 4 other ring designers in Toronto could not fulfill the timeline to which Pam had no problem doing herself. Pam was extremely accomodating to ensure we kept the proposal a secret from my girlfriend. I am so thankful for Pam's help and highly recommend anyone use her for a custom engagement ring design.

I couldn't ask more of Pamela!I took Pamela a small collection of heirloom jewelry. I had some specific design needs but I couldn't sort how how the various stones would all work together to form an elegant and timeless piece.Pamela listened to my needs, suggested a design, and was able to craft a beautiful ring beyond my expectations. I was so impressed that I asked her create a complimentary bracelet with the remaining stones. A talented and true artist, Pamela created the most beautiful engagement ring.From the beginning days of first reaching out to finally picking the ring up, she was always professional, courteous and incredibly reliable. She worked hard to create the perfect engagement ring; listening to ideas behind the design, with my broken thoughts she was able to interpret them and create something truly extraordinary.Pamela was always easy to get a hold of if I ever had questions or thoughts on design. She was forthcoming with design ideas and timelines, and also gave one of the best recommendations by suggesting a knife edge for the ring (it honestly looks incredible). She was great in working on the timeline I had for the ring to be ready, as the plan was to propose on an upcoming trip.Overall, this is the most beautiful ring. My fiancé gets lost in looking at it every day, and she feels as though it's the most perfect ring that feels so special and unique to her.Thank you Pamela. Pam was wonderful to work with - she listened to what we were both looking for, explained finishes and designs to us, and went above and beyond to ensure she brought our vision to life. She looked at my engagement ring and suggested raising the inside sleeve of my wedding band to help protect the braided design from rubbing against my engagement ring over the years. She truly thought of everything! The process was seamless and she was always quick to respond when I emailed her with questions. I highly recommend Pam for custom rings (or her own designs!) - she's one of a kind :)

Pam did a fabulous job on our beautiful engagement ring. We had heirloom diamonds and wasn’t sure what to exactly do but she came up with the most perfect design. When she sent the first sketches I asked how she came up with such a beautiful purpose for each diamond and she said she has a great way of reading what people like. Pamela is an absolute master in her craft! I came across Pamela's business a few month ago and was interested in designing a custom wedding band. From the get go, Pamela was extremely responsive, professional, friendly, and committed to delivering on my vision for a ring. She provided advice and recommendations to ensure my ring achieved the dainty look I wanted, while still being durable and long-lasting. The end product was even better than I would have imagined!!! I would highly recommend Pamela for custom designs, and hope to get to work with her on other pieces in the future!
