I didn't realize what an incredible deal I got for the Tosot until I got home put it to use. And while researching the product I saw the prices at a half dozen retailers (and Amazon) and it's half the price. The staff also really went above pand beyond trying to help me right before closing on a Sunday evening.

I really enjoy the Factory Direct stores. I have been shopping at their locations for years. Yes they have good deals on TVs and computer stuff , but there's always something different that they feature. This one had a great deal on outside patio umbrellas . Their stock changes so you do have to go back on a regular basis. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I’m am beyond pleased with the Customer service I received today. Thank you so much to Preston (I hope that’s his name). He was so kind to help me with the issues I had with an online order. Turned it around for me a product in store and I’m a colour I wanted. Very nice to talk to and did more beyond with helping me than I would have at any other store! Thank you!!

Had excellent service at the Oshawa Store this afternoon (Sa 01 Apr 23). Young fellow on cash was very helpful. He went out of his way. He even did some extra research and found a better product for me (computer monitor) while I was in transit to the store. HR: please note this for any future staff reviews.

I just got back from this store and I rechecked my bill and saw they lied to me and gave me the wrong price. They lied to my face and stoled the money basically. That’s not a way to do business. They promised me to give me the price mentioned on the sign but they didn’t. I live to far away to go back or do anything about it. I checked the bill but it was too hard to understand so I just assumed she would do the right thing. But after really looking at it I saw she lied and didn’t. Shame on you.
