TNJ Renovations has done a few renovation projects for me over the years. Dwayne Quaisar is very personable and has an excellent knowledge base of construction preocedures, an extensive knowledge of materials and resources and he knows the laws associated with all kinds of renovations. He is an excellent manager for all the various trades involved in a renovation. Importantly, Dwayne always returns all calls almost immediately.TNJ Construction employs very friendly and knowledgeable trades people. Their work is excellent and they are very willing to address any requests in a timely fashion.I would highly recommend TNJ Renovations for your renovation projects.

TNJ Home Renovations has been contracted to do several projects for us over the last 10 years, including a whole home renovation in 2012. You can see pictures of this renovation as a featured project on their website. The owner, Dwayne, is always available to answer all our questions and is quick to address any problems that may arise.Above all else they have been fair and honest in all our dealings with them, which is a rare quality in contractors these days.

Contractor was well organized and could usually be reached on cell with first call. Sub trades were reliable and answered questions as work went on.No concerns to date and will use them in future.

I purchased my house last year and I'm finally getting around to getting my Inlaw suite done. I googled home renovators and noticed T NJ home renovations limited I read the reviews on them and there was nothing but good news. I called for an estimate and he came the same day when I was explaining to him what needed to be done he understood and ask questions to make sure that there was no mistakes. He brought his son over on Saturday to go over the work that needed to be done as he himself would not be there the son paid very close attention also and was very keen to get to work. Today was the first day of actual work being done in the basement they help move things around for the good in there better and when they were done for the day they vacuumed and cleaned up I couldn't of asked for anything better. All waste material was packed up and take off property. I can't wait to see the finished product

Very sketchy. Been waiting on this guy to complete a basement renovation since November 2016. He started work. Poor framing, even worse drywall. Had to halt the job due to mass incompetence. Now looking at hiring lawyers. Been waiting on TNJ to send a professional crew in since January to fix the mess his previous guys left in my basement Dwayne, the owner keeps telling me that he has people lined up for next week but no one ever shows up. This guy cannot handle big jobs, will not provide proper schedule of completion on work, or provide proper receipts. I wish I never contracted this company. I am out thousands of dollars with nothing but a mess to clean up and no basement.

WE have had a great experience with TNJ. Jeff, the employee who completed our bathroom reno was easy to work with and had great ideas to help direct us. The project entailed moving 2 walls and completely renoing a bathroom. The area was tidied at the end of each day and garbage removed. Any questions or concerns were promptly answered.We are thrilled with the finished product. We would recommend TNJ to anyone.
