St. Michael's Hospital - Pediatric Clinic

All staffs are really nice, esp nurse Bernadette. She seems little cold at first but she's one of the most skilled, nicest and accommodating nurse at St. Michael's.

This is the clinic where my son’s paediatrician is located - Dr. Campbell! He is awesome! He is very kind, humble and he makes you feel so comfortable. He was recommended to me by my aunt who’s daughter is also seen by him, and so far I have no complaints about him or the clinic in general. However, the reason I am only giving only THREE STARS is because I continue to have the misfortune of having to interact with Bernadette (one of the staff nurses at the clinic) She is such a nasty woman! no empathy, insensitive absolutely no class whatsoever! it’s like she doesn’t think before she speaks, blurts out and everything and anything that comes to her mind like she has no sense. I can’t stand her! The last visit it took everything within me to not snatch my son away and storm out of there. The fact that for some reason she feels it’s okay to conduct herself in that manner is so foreign to me, it’s like she’s from another planet. As an RN myself it really pains me that I have to write this review about her because I know how challenging our role can be but, honestly the way she conducts herself around parents is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. It doesn’t take much to treat people with respect and courtesy. My message to Bernadette: please fix up because girl you are a hot mess!

Have been going here for a few years Doctor Rozenblyum, Doctor Cammisuli and Nurse Bernadette are all wonderful and skilled. I would highly recommend this clinic as they really do care.

I am extremely happy with my daughter's Doc. Rozenblyum, her nurse Bernadette, and everyone at the clinic. I feel like my daughter health and mental development is always looked after and they let me ask as many questions as I want, which are many as a first time mom.

Nice team of doctors and nurses to take care of you. The waiting time is crazy and time management is pretty bad but the doctors, nurses and sonographers are really good. That is the only reason I visited this place, because of the staff.

Dr Campbell is a wonderful pediatrician and a very kind man. Fantastic staff (shout out to Carmencita and nurse Bernadette!!) and the most outstanding nurses. The clinic is very comfortable and waits aren't bad. Once you are in, you are never rushed.

I have had a very good experience with the clinic especially during this pandemic time. They take good precautions. Their care is good, doctors and the residents are very patient in answering questions, best place to go for a first time parent because they definitely are more knowledgeable than my family doctor. The only negative is, although it’s very useful to have access to lactation consultants at this clinic, the LCs themselves are not very competent. You are better off finding an IBCLC certified private consultant.

This location has come a long way with modern upgrades and renovations in the past two decades. Thanks to all the donors who has given to this facility and perhaps a part of the Urban Angel Foundation. There are nine floors to this building. Keep up the good work St. Michael's. I was turned away with knee injury at 6:00pm one evening. 2 doctors on staff empty waiting room. I was referred to a clinic on the Esplanade which were no longer taking patients for the day. No wonder our emergency rooms are filled with non emergencies, I am not even sure if I still want to move to that neighbourhood anymore.
