This location off of Vodden is probably the best. New, big and clean. Lots of item options but the most impressive department is the pharmacy. The pharmacist working there is amazing. He gave me my booster shot and was very professional and friendly and caring. He also helped me another time over the phone with a prescription when my home pharmacy was too busy to assist me. Exceptional service, i think his name is Eric but i would recommend this pharmacy and this location for all needs.

My dad had to get his medication late at night. Arlene is an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable pharmacist and provided him with great advice. She is very emphatic and caring. Thank you for all your help

The sales girls at the beauty section are so rude and suspicious of the customers. I’m a brown woman, and I always feel like these girls at shoppers look at you as if you’re stealing something!! She even talked rudely to me, and it felt so awkward!! Especially when I’m a loyal pc optimum member!I hope they get training to treat customers at least with a smile instead of being so suspicious of them!!

Went to grab some immodium for my mother who has a PC card and qualifies for a seniors discount. She’s sick at home so obviously she couldn’t be there and cashiers rudely denied the discount since she wasn’t present… wutless customer service if you ask me

Worst experience. Came in to get my medication for the 1st time, gave all my insurance information, waited for almost 1 hr only to be told that my insurance is not going through due to the wrong date of birth. This was unbelievable since I've had the same insurance for over 9 years and gotten medication recently from my go to pharmacy. Went home and double checked my coverage and all was good. Save yourself and go somewhere else. The Asian pharmacist came across rude howerver the other one was very helpful

I'm handicap and need my meds every month unfortunately with this place they tell me the same thing every month it will be ready by tonight. But same thing keeps happening when my wife goes to pick it up sorry but it's on back orderWhat the hell . I hate this place I wish the owner could call me back.

When the new owner of this pharmacy is working, he’s great! Fast and very curtious. However, there is one pharmacist who takes forever to get the job done and she doesn’t stop talking. I hate to say this on a public forum, but I feel the need to warn other customers to avoid long wait times if you have a prescription to fill. I hope this information has been helpful! Thank you for you’re time!

This used to be my favourite Shoppers but I have noticed a decreasing level of quality and care in the place lately. Today was bad!!! The entrance - the baskets were all jammed together. I tried pulling them apart. Didn't want to break something. The cosmetics counter girl was helpful and she pulled one apart for me, put it on the ground and said now you can sanitize it" ok. So I looked at the sanitization stand. Wow.(see pic below) I sprayed it and went shopping. All was ok till I got to the dairy section and found some cheese that was all moldy. Then went to the self check out. Scanned my cheese
