Bessin Bros were recommended to me by a friend a few years ago when I had a plumbing emergency. They responded quickly, arriving when promised and took care of the problem. I then had them come back to do the plumbing required for our kitchen reno - again arriving when they said they would, completing the job professionally and at a reasonable price. Would reccomend. I had Brad come in to fix a bathtub tap that had been installed incorrectly by a contractor. Very professional, polite, clean and efficient worker. You can tell he is passionate and really cares about his work.

I called late on Friday night when my shower tap broke and could not be shut off. Brad let me know that they have a worker on call in my area who was just finishing a job he took my info so he could check and give me an approximate arrival time. He very quickly was back in touch with me to tell me how long it would be for his worker to get to me, much to my delight he made it to my house faster. Andrew that was helping me was very professional and fantastic to deal with, very cheery for being late on a Friday. He very quickly and efficiently fixed my shower and another tap that was acting up. After finishing he made sure to double check all his work and that I had a functioning shower and water system. I can not thank you guys enough for your amazing service people really do need to forget the others and call the brothers!

Very nice people… we’re in my house for 5 min and charged me 250 dollars to unclog my toilet so decent service if your rich

Brad answered my panicky call after 8pm on a Saturday! He was calm and offered different alternatives. He made me feel that even though our job wasn’t big, or perhaps even a real emergency, that it was important because I thought it was important. He wore a mask in our house (I requested but he said that was the policy anyway), and offered to bring purell and/or wear gloves in my house. Although he ended up stopping at the wrong place first, he arrived at my home in a timely manner, and was very friendly. He took his boots off, and got to work. He brought several possible fixes for the problem and luckily the first one solved it! All in all, about a 15 minute after hours job that was worth every penny and more! I can’t thank you enough Brad! I will recommend you to everyone I know!

Brad and Keegan showed up on time. Even before they stepped foot inside the house I could tell that they were very personable and professional. They both removed their boots on the deck. They fixed the leak in our hot water tank lines quickly and even installed a hot water tap that we hadn't previously discussed. We had a fantastic conversation while they worked. I will absolutely give Bessin Bros a call for our next plumbing need. Thank you!

Quick to arrive and diagnose the issue. Very friendly and professional overall. Repaired a faucet issue quickly. Only suggestion is to be mindful of their fees, a bit high imo and they bill in 30-minute increments which I was told afterwards... Personally not sure if I would hire again knowing the billing/administration situation, although the service itself is great.

Brad and Alex were able to come out to my house on short notice when I had a septic emergency after hours. They were very professional and got the job done in great time. Recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good, honest plumber.

Had the boys show up today to track down and repair a broken pipe due to freezing. They were super to work with and provided outstanding service and advice as to how best to stop it from re-occurring in the future. They had it located and repaired in a very short time without fuss or mess left behind despite having to open up a ceiling to get access. Bottom line: these guys are terrific and we will be using them exclusively for all of our future plumbing needs. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
