Wonderful vet! Absolutely fantastic. My two young cats had never been to a vet before, they get very nervous around strangers and don't like to travel. All the staff I've met so far here have been a delight, always positive and happy and helpful. My little fur babies were a little anxious but were fairly calm with the vet, he was very gentle and caring when he handled them. They needed to get spayed and were not happy about any of it at the time, but now they are very happy and healthy. Back to being spoiled as they should be!

We’ll always go here for our pet’s needs.Everyone here has just been so wonderful.I had to bring in our pup, as her health was declining rapidly. The doctor was so incredibly kind and talked me through my options and remained as impartial as she could, with our dog’s best interest at heart. The clinic staff were all so loving and doting on my pup, and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of folks during such a heartbreaking time. They really helped keep her happy and calm, and walked me through everything with such warmth.You’re all one in a million, and the unconditional love you give to each of our animals comes back to you tenfold. Thank you so much ♥️

We had to take our dog Mickey in for surgery to remove a toe, due to a large abcess. He's reactive around other animals, and the staff did a wonderful job catering to that. They were friendly, informative, and helped provide financing options to make the bill easier to swallow. You can tell these guys love animals.Thanks to Dr. Carswell, Alanis, Dr. Brock, and all other staff for turning this tough experience into a positive one. We will be back for all other veterinary needs!

We brought our dog in after he had complications from a previous surgery from another clinic. The staff were friendly and compassionate to us and our dog. He had to have surgery which was quite complex and had to stay for a couple days at the hospital for recovery. The staff provided updates while he was there and directions how to care for him at home. They called to check up on how he was doing and he attended follow up appointments. He was not afraid to return to the clinic and was greeted like he was a celebrity. Would definitely recommend

I wanted to commend the staff on their compassionate and empathic manner in dealing with me and my dog Kayla. Kayla went downhill fast over a couple of days and the staff was wonderful in dealing with us. The comfort room" is absolutely lovely too and made our last few moments as calm and tranquil as they can be. Kayla enjoyed her Hershey kiss......"

Hands down the best group of people.We had to rush from Canmore with our kitten that our dog snapped at.We knew he wouldn't be coming home they allowed us to stay with him while being euthanized.Explain that his poor little skull was crushed and really not much options and we knew this.They allowed us to pay what we could and give us till the 16th to pay the rest.This group of peole are the kindest gentlest people i have ever met.The one girl took our kitten and petted it and complimented how handsome he was and that she was so sorry for our lossThank you guys.

These guys are solid, the team is very caring and very empathetic and even the short time there, there were varying levels of emergencies. The team took the time to chat with us after providing immediate care and management to our little puppy.They took the time to explain options and were very reasonable and realistic with their options though they did offer higher more intense options if we chose. Appreciated their honesty and care, and a side benefit we found out after was they do direct bill with Trupanion. Thank to the amazing care team you guys are great.As an aside, very clean large facility and seating with the supplies you need (more chairs but for privacy didn't take)

100% recommended! We had to take our English Staffordshire Terrier in for x-rays since he was very sick from swallowing a foreign object! They were so caring and really thorough with treating Joe! Great staff! And excellent service! 2.5hours for the entire ordeal! (Including treatment after x-rays)

I had to take my sweet boy Bear into the emergency vet this evening for a ruptured gland. I arrived around 6:30pm and was the only person there so was seen by the vet within 10 minutes of arriving. (Obviously this will not always be the case due to emergencies and such but the two times I have been here with my kitties it has been super quick!)Dr. Carswell was very kind and professional and so sweet to Bear. She explained what was going on, as well as what needed to be done for him. All in all Bear was there for less than 2 hours total and is feeling much better now.I also need to commend the front desk staff. Every single person working there was so empathetic and compassionate towards me especially when I started getting emotional. I appreciated you all very much!Thank you Dr. Carswell and all of the Paramount staff for such a great experience and taking care of my boy with kindness and empathy. You are all amazing!
