NO STARS (negative stars?) - Carolyn Collins - CCTrainers - A first hand opinion - Rude, abrasive , dismissive, and instantly off-putting energy. All-around clueless customer service. My initial face-to-face meeting lasted less than 60 seconds, from the time I walked in, until the time I walked out. Is she a good trainer? I don't know, as I never bothered to find out.EDIT: Post meeting, I spoke about the above incident (interview) with a close friend in the White Rock area, who had also met Ms. Collin, in her professional capacity, and whom had, had an equally off-putting initial contact. So, I am not the only person to have such a poor initial interview with Ms. Collins.

I've been to many of the pop in classes and have some one-on-one training at this gym and was very happy with the level of knowledge my trainer had. I've been able to take these lessons and apply them to my at home gym (which isn't nearly as extensive as this gym is) and I've been able to continue my personal fitness progress.If you're serious about making a change I would recommend CC Trainers.
