A great first time experience at Mike's Place. Friendly bunch. Did a very good job with my overheating Corolla. I'm happy I decided to take it there.

Been dealing with this garage for over ten years. Was very upset picking up my car today. I booked my appointment weeks in advance and explained that my car is used for business travel and needs to be safe . Requested a complete review and service so that I can continue safe driving. JP called and gave me a list of issues, so I asked how much and how long to fix. Was told that it cannot be done today. I stated that I left it there first thing in the morning to have them take care of everything. So now I have a full day rental vehicle charge for nothing. BTW, when I picked it up, no estimate was provided for repair, just comments from the JP that worked on it. My years of loyalty as a customer flushed down the drain by this small business.Update:Took my car to another mechanic and he changed all the brakes and the rear subframe(see photos). Only the rear brakes were mentioned verbally that they needed to be fixed. Thank for keeping cars safe to drive. Getting your car fixed at the right place can be a matter of life and death.

Came in with a rattling car and blinking check-engine signs, left with what sounds and feels like an electric car now... so smooth! These guys do wonders!It was the quickest, most reasonable, amazing job I've had; EVER! They have great hands, great communication, great transperancy, great prices, and great people.Take your car here; you won't regret it!

These guys are amazing, I was contemplating 4stars as it took 3 weeks from the time I booked appointment to getting in, but that's something I knew ahead of time. I wouldn't change anything just for it to be quicker to get in. It was well worth the wait I can't say enough to praise these guys.Their estimate was half the price of anyone else and on point with final total (I think a few dollars cheaper)My appointment took a long time due to parts being ordered and they were doing seasonal tire changes and anything else needing done.Today I had a simple tire issue, that I probably couldve done myself... let just say it was way cheaper to get them to do it and I trust their work more than my own. Took less than 20min. Love them. Unfortunately any vehicle I get in future will have to be a Toyota due to their specialty.Keep up the amazing work Mike and the boys!!!!

Won’t go back. $1,800 for a brake job. They say they specialize in Toyota but they don’t use genuine parts but charge more than the dealer. I went there thinking I would save money. Found out that Lexus charges $750 per axle for genuine pads and rotors.May 19 update:After getting wiper blades and synthetic change my bill was over $2,000 so I did take this into account. How is it you can charge more for cheaper parts? Why did you nickel and dime me for petty shop supplies for $20? This is unreasonable and yes the dealer knew exactly my model. It is $750 per axel for my hybrid. You guys are way overpriced or maybe you just don’t care about repeat business. Wiper inserts are $12 at the dealer and you charged me over $60. Scam!!!

Great customer service, very professional staff, ive been there a couple of times and issues always get resolved.

Just called to see if there was any availability to repair a valve stem that is leaking and a nail in a tire, to insert a plug.I was on my seventh word of my sentence “I was wondering if you had time to…” and I already heard a sigh and he said he did not have time until middle of December. Without asking what I needed or even offering to book an appointment - nothing.I understand this time of year is quite busy for auto repair places, but I feel a little bit of time should be taken to hear out a potential client.*Adding in response to owner's responseI have no problems waiting in line and booking an appointment for your next available time slot in December.The issue is that I didn't even have a chance to tell you that the tires were off the car and in my trunk already. Also I didn't have the chance to even explain what the problem was, or that I would have no problem dropping the tires off and leaving them there for weeks even.As mentioned in my original post - the issue is that the person did not take a single moment to ask any questions or to hear me out. That to me isn't great customer service (hence the Star rating).Finally, to clarify, I have no problem waiting in line like everyone else, and would definitely not be ok with bumping someone out of their place, ever.I would simply like that in future interactions with your clients, that you take the time to hear them out, and not make them feel like they're bothering you.Thanks Mike - and I also hope you have a great day!

I called them on a Wednesday afternoon about a wheel bearing issue. They had availability to look at it on the Friday, and within a few hours my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. JP went out of his way to make sure I got the best possible price on the part I needed. I will continue to support this small business for all my car needs!!
