Professional and friendly, they go out of their way to assist you with anything you need. They always make time to re adjust my pesky retainers when required. They treat me like family and are very accommodating with my work/life schedule. I came in the other day while the Fifa world cup game was on. They didn't want me to miss the game so they played it on the T.V while I got my cleaning done. Doesn't get better than that! Keep up the great work guys!

I had the worst experience there!!!After the visit, they kept calling and emailing to book an appointment, and I kept telling them that I was not satisfied with the service. They didn't even bother to ask why, but they keep emailing calling back even though I have told them many times not to call me. I blocked their email address, and now I have to block their number, too!

New patient. They treated me so well from getting all the paperwork done beforehand and taking care of payments through direct billing to insurance. A hygienist wasn’t available for my cleaning so the dentist had no problem finding a solution to get it done. No pain whatsoever when they cleaned my teeth, and they were extremely patient, polite, and made the appointment seamless.I would definitely refer this dental clinic! Great staff and clean and professional space.

Horrible experience. Went in for a filling and since then I’ve been experiencing severe sensitivity. Went to them 3 times to get it fixed and yet the problem has not been solved. DO NOT go here

Really friendly staff - I had some issues with insurance but they were accommodating and helped me sort through it. They called to remind me of my remaining procedures to book it which was nice because it’s easy to forget and go about life

We recently moved to Milton and we’re looking for a family dentist for myself my son and my wife when we came across Thompson Square family dental. I am so happy that we joined this practice, the dentist was so informative, welcoming and gentle. The hygienist did an amazing job, and actually got our son to start flossing! The administrative team is absolutely amazing as well, they helped us with everything including submitting our claims through our insurance, so no out-of-pocket costs! If you’re looking for a great dentist in Milton, I would definitely recommend Thompson Square family dental!

Doctor Samaan is one of the nicest and most professional person I have met. Her work is miraculous and very impressive and lasting. She veneered my teeth and added a bridge in my mouth after doing a root canal. I did not feel any pain or discomfort during any of the procedures which is amazing to say so and I can't stop smiling because my teeth look and feel amazing. She has an amazing staff and hygienists and her office manager Maria is one of a kind. She is kind, beautiful and very professional. I have recommended this office to all my family members and I would recommend them to anybody I see, you would never regret your choice. The office atmosphere is very calming and professional. I enjoy all my visits no matter what work is being done on me or any of my family members.
