My 65” samsung had an annoying blue tint in the screen, paul came out and diagnosed the problem, took tv away and had it back in less than 1 week and it is like brand new again, and for a reasonable price.Highly recommend this repair service. Thanks again Paul

Have been dealing with A-1 tv repair for a long time. And good prices for repair and service.

Seems like a nice guy, until you scratch the surface. I’ve been in business a long time, and caught him not knowing things he should’ve known regarding the repair (I knew what was wrong) he gave a wrong diagnoses with a higher than normal quote, and was a ‘cleaning’ step which I already did so I know it was to get more $.. so I wasn’t comfortable moving forward after his quote, and he ended up taking my $30 ‘diagnostic fee’ anyway. I don’t mind paying for a proper diagnoses but If you don’t diagnose properly, which I caught him on, you shouldn’t be taking said fee. Go to the many other shops that don’t trap you with this fee, they give free quotes, are more experienced, and don’t pump up the price quote after. Also strange the name of the shop is different than the google name, both Kens TV and now A-1 wonder if he’s trying to wipe prior bad feedback. Only 5 ratings on the other name and claims he’s been at that location for 20 years, strange. Hope this was worth the $30 Paul

I had such a wonderful experience with Paul and A1 TV. My TV was only 18 months old, but had suffered a failure of either the power supply board or the LED array. Unable to make an accurate diagnosis myself, I was on the verge of buying a power supply board on the internet to see if that solved the problem. I contacted Paul, and he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and conviced me not to spend the money on the board ($175), rather that he could fix the problem either way (repair the board at a lower cost or replace the LEDs). I took the TV to Paul and within a week he had it all fixed up. It wasn't the power supply board after all! Paul even met me at the shop outside his normal hours to accommodate my schedule. Top notch service from start to finish!

I have brought in a 50 year old stereo receiver and 2 record players. I am so happy with everything. He works quickly and everything runs like new. Prices are great! There is a $30 fee at drop off that is deducted from the price at pick up.

My two year old tv went dark, and then I was fortunate to find Paul" from A-1 Tv repair in Hamilton. I sent an email to his website.....and guess what?? HE ANSWERED the email in less than 12 hours! Other bigger companies can't be bothered. Paul was awesome

The gentleman did a great job. Took time to find a part for a rare TV and we were satisfied. Happy to refer others. Do not be fooled by the large number of TVs at the store. He has an excellent catalogue of where each is and from who.Thank you for fixing my TV.
