Just picked up four hats that I purchased. I have used this company before even though errors were made I gave them another chance. This time the employee even agreed with the way the product was completed it looked horrible, where she advised me she would speak with someone regarding a discount. They offered me five dollars off each hat, which at this point I just simply wanted to leave. This company comes referred from a good friend of mine but I can tell you I will not be bringing my business to them anymore. If this is a company and want to be professional, why when you see one product come out horribly do you continue to make more?

I thought I would be dealing with professionals who knew how to match colours correctly but I was they were not able to. I had ordered a simple order of 40 or so sweatshirts and provided many reference images and verbally explained the colours and for some strange reason the design was stitched with a colour that was no where to be found in the images I provided. Also they did not provide a stitch out proof before production. That is apparently extra charge for the stitch out. When I tried to talk to the customer service" lady she said "oh well I guess this will be a learning experience." Well

We used BOSSA for our work uniforms and the outcome was great! They were very quick at communicating and our uniforms were ready in less than 1 week. I appreciated having an embroidered logo to approve before they started. Would highly recommend using them!
