A price was quoted for a light fixture replacement and it was a reasonable price. When the work was underway, some unexpected issues arose. These were taken on as challenges it seems. When time came to pay, the price quoted was what was paid despite the challenges. Professional and friendly.

I have used Plugged in Electrical Service (Gareth), for many years, both personally and professionally. As a licensed contractor I can honestly say if you want worry-free electrical service you should hire Plugged In. Not only is their service top notch but they communicate exceptionally well with the client. With more and more changes to the electrical code, it's nice to work with people that are on top of all the new regulations.

I've been using Plugged In for a few years now, after meeting Gareth through some projects at my workplace. When we bought our house, I had Gareth come out and look at (and fix) some of the wiring in the basement and he and his team have been to our house a few times since, to help with some renovation projects. I’m very happy with their services! Their work is of excellent quality, their advice has been invaluable, and their prices very reasonable. I'll be calling them again for our next renovation project!

From the time we first met with Gareth, to the installation of the outlets, we were given nothing but kind and professional service. Everything was done in a timely and efficient manner.
