TLDR: They had what I needed, and I got the help to figure out the exact sizingWalked in and was greeted to a clean looking store. I was helped by a gentleman who knew what he was talking about and taught me about the different sizes of hitches. Lower price than the Home Hardware down the street. I recommend this place for your auto needs.

We had them make two tractor hydraulic hoses for our kabota. We try our best to support local business especially during this trying time. If we had purchased them from kabota we would have paid 38.00 per hose. Napa charged us 143.00 for two hoses... WOW!!! Nothing like making money off people during covid! Shameful!! Is all we can say. Shameful and the person working reception had a Bad attitude when we questioned the price he told us not to come back again. We weren’t rude we were just floored at the price.

Poor service.Walked into an empty store(I was the only customer) I waited in view of the Two people behind desk. Was not greeted all for a significant amount of time. Only until the one gentlemen was done doing whatever he was doing, was I acknowledged! Disrespectful.I questioned the parts that were shown to me, and inquired about different part shown available on the website. Was told, well if you want to get directly from the manufacturer..Was pretty much told that's all they have.I've been to this establishment over the course of 30 years(under different names/ownership)I hadn't been here in quite a few years now. Now I remember why.Same guy same attitude.Disappointed.
