Kitley Collision 24 -Hour Towing and Recovery

Thank you thank you thank you to the amazing Jamie who came to our rescue earlier this week. Great to know a local company that does such great work. Jamie was great at trying our ideas and going above and beyond to make sure everything worked out and everyone got home safe. Thank you Jamie, we will call you again if we have car trouble.

We would love to thank Kitley Collision for the service they provided our daughter back in December during a bad snow storm. I believe it was Dave that helped her. He was very friendly and accommodating. He responded in a very timely manner through CAA(during such a bad snow storm when I know he was being kept very busy). He pulled her car out of the ditch and then proceeded to tow her to Smiths Falls so that she was off the road. He was willing to tow her car the whole way back to Stittsville but we had come to meet her in Smiths Falls. He also allowed her to go inside to stay warm until we got there. So grateful for helping our daughter out and ease her mind. Would highly recommend. Very friendly and competent service. Thanks

I'm sure the last thing Dave wanted to do late on a Friday afternoon (when he should have been ready to enjoy his weekend) was take care of someone else's problem, but he was kind, polite and professional. I found this company to be lacking in compassion and morality. I can't comment on their professionalism in the field because I was in the hospital when the police called Kitley to tow my vehicle. When I went to pick it up I was charged an insanely expensive fee for the five minute tow from the accident site to their compound. I was told it was because they don't have staff on hand when an accident happens. I do understand that businesses need to charge for services, but the amount was shocking (almost $300) and honestly made me cry after a long, overwhelming day.

Tow truck operator Greg arrived promptly after I called CAA to say I was on the side of the highway with engine problemsHe was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient and had my car towed to our mechanic's in short order. Thank you, Greg! It is good to know that speedy and reliable assistance is only a phone call away!

Dave the tow truck driver was very friendly and very helpful. He helped us get a deal with the towing and impound fee's. After the accident we had to go and clean out the vehicle and the whole staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a tow
