If you are buying a condo, please consider other builders. We bought a condo from Musto, and it was a mess.They are charging you interests if you do not close within 30 days after the inspection, even if the delay is caused by the notary that they chose.Don't expect the unit to be livable once it is delivered. No appliances, NONE, after delivery. Took them almost 2 months, after notifying them the closing date, to have an estimated time slot for appliance delivery.

Horrible experience. Since the moving in, we have been experiencing delays after delays.We moved in our unit in the beginning of April 2019. At that time, no amenities were ready, not even the mailbox or garbage chute. We were promised that the parking lot would be available in 2 weeks" and that everything would be done by the end of June. Fast foward 7 weeks later (5 weeks after we were promised to get it)

I have bought a condo more than two years ago and it was supposed to deliver it summer 2021 but they have not started the digging yet.Every month they say that they will start next month. Also the behavier of the salles officer is not profescsional.
