Short version: Amazing cookies! You will not be disappointed if you get these!Longer version: I loved these cookies when I was in school (the big ones were such a novelty) so now as an adult, when I got the chance to get them again, I couldn’t pass up the chance to try them to see if it was nostalgia or they truly were great cookies. I decided to go with the “Chocolate Chip with Attitude” cookie dough so I could keep it frozen and then bake them fresh as I want them and I don’t think I’ll ever need to get the regular Chocolate Chip variant because the little bit of a spice just made the cookies perfect! (Though I might at some point try the normal just out of curiosity) The baking direction on the box the pre-portioned dough came in was perfect too! Can’t wait to try them all and discover the other amazing flavours!The only comment I might make for the cookie dough (or even the regular baked cookies) is that it would be a nice option if there was a sort of “samplers” box of all the types so that we could get a variety all in one box so that we could try various types instead of only getting a larger quantity of just one type.

My family purchased 6 boxes during the school fundraiser. To make it short, where's the baking instructions. Why or they pea sizes, do thing get bigger, etc etc.last time I buy these

Friendly staff, great pricing, plenty of options to choose from. They even have some packs of baked cookies really cheap that didn't make it off the assembly line because they might be a big misshapen or cracked. Taste just as great though!

Good cookies, but unreliable service.I, a member of the student cookie program, didn't have a very well experience with this company. We ordered a box of heart-shaped cookies and according the the schedule, and we were also told, they were supposed to arrive on Tuesdays.However, when we were supposed to deliver the cookies to the classes (they have already paid the money), we realized we have not yet received the box of cookies! Our school secretary called the company and they told us they'd arrive on Thursday. The children already paid! We could only have given them chocolate chip ones instead.At least notify us earlier if you were short on a type of cookie or if the truck driver was taking a day off? This obviously didn't make my business look good. Hopefully, they would arrive on Thursday...

Customer service is terrible. I sent them several emails but no one reply although i was about to give them a large order but now i will do business with someone else. Who can't even reply on email how they can deliver products on time?...

We LOVE TerraCotta Vanilla sugar cookies. Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant! Finding the outlet store and parking a little dodgy but worth it!
