Well Hung Door

Had Well Hung Doors came to our residence to service & repair. Had broken spring. They changed both springs, serviced door and adjusted. No daylight appears inside. Absolutely excellent workmanship & excellent personality. Thanks again for a job that was well done.Note:2 neighbours came over to look at what was done. They now have made appointments to have their doors serviced & adjusted by Well Hung Doors. Well Hung Doors can be very proud to have employees like these representing them

I called Well Hung Door to come fix a broken spring on my garage door. Sean answered my call immediately and scheduled someone to come out first thing the next morning. Bob showed up right on time and provided fast and friendly service! He even did a full inspection of my door and motor. On May 25, 2021, I emailed Well Hung Door and requested a quotation. I received a prompt response from Sean and arrangements were made for him to do a site visit and prepare a quotation. I had numerous questions and Sean patiently and quickly responded to each one. While most vendor reps are pleasant, Sean went the extra mile to ensure that each question that I had was answered and he even met me at the supplier's showroom to allow me to view the doors in person. I confidently chose this company to install two single garage doors, disconnect and connect an existing operator and to supply and install a second operator. The installer and his assistant that arrived were very good. They contacted me by phone to confirm the time of their arrival. Several hours later the work was completed, all of the operators - including one for another building - were programmed and the workmanship was very good. Would I recommend Well Hung Doors - absolutely! The company was knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions, offered guidance and suggestions and, most importantly, provided a quality job at a very competitive price. The name of the company is catchy, but they do seriously good work! Thank you again, Sean!!!

Finding out my garage door had been damaged over night, I called Sean over at Well Hung Door who provided prompt friendly professional service! Site visit, arrangement along with patience and honest answers was breath of fresh air. Pricing was fair and not higher due to being a woman (yes companies still try to do that).Communication was great, crew showed up promptly when scheduled and went to work straight away, kept safety in mind while completing the work, tidied up before they left and locked the gate behind them.Had a follow up question to which Greg (the owner) took the time to come by and take a look at himself!Highly recommend Well Hung Door and very happy with the finished product & service!!

What a Well-Run Business! Great service! My garage door spring broke with my cars inside. I called in and spoke to Warren. With a little advice I was able to get the door open then closed. I then requested a service call and lucky for me a tech was in the area. Gary was here within an hour! Fixed! Greg (owner) came out a second time (same day) due to an adjustment that I made to the door. No fault of theirs. Again, fixed! Truly Thankful to have such a GREAT company at our finger tips! Highly recommend!
