LOL it took me a while to log in but i did it! Just want to thank Annie for the continual awesome service she provides EVERY time I go in. There's never any pressure to purchase and she always helps to ensure I'm happy. She helps choose clothing that elevate and is more stylish and that suits my comfort and personality. Even in a pandemic, this is one store i purposely go to as besides great service, the quality of the clothes are great and i always find something i like. Thank you!

Always a pleasure to shop in this store. There is something for every size. All the clothing are made from quality materials. The manager is excellent in picking out styles that are flattering to my body type. Always feel welcome whether purchasing or not. Highly recommend anyone to shop at this store

The manager Annie is really nice and has good fashion sense! She provides great customer service and advice that is unique to every individual. There are always new arrivals and a variety of selection of apparel. Everything is super trendy and made of good quality too!

My sister and I went in here after being told that there was a great selection of shoes and boots. Wow, we were very pleasantly surprised. Very sexy boots and great shoes. Lots of styles as well as allot of clothing and GREAT purses. The staff was very nice, and the manager was very helpful with finding the right matches for us both.We will definitely be returning. The staff all wore masks and were very respectful of social distancing. Love, love, love this store...

Love this store, I am glad it is in Richmond, I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years, they have variety of clothes and shoes you can choose, great design lovely stuffs never let you down just love it
