Gotta say, these guys were straight forward, honest, easy to deal with, and NO hidden fees for paperwork. Really enjoyed the experience which is something I don’t often say with car dealers.

My pregnant wife had purchased a car from this dealership in September 2022. They told her only the power steering had to be fixed. When we took the car in to get the power steering done, the mechanic told us they weren’t even going to touch the car as the engine had a blown head gasket and will need a whole new engine. When I called the dealership to see about our options in fixing this, they said it isn’t their problem and there’s nothing they can do. They hung up the phone on me after repeatedly telling me they can’t do anything about it. This dealership is very unprofessional and will sell you a faulty car and then clean their hands by saying “it’s superior automotive that you should contact” . Don’t purchase or give this dealership any money. I hope they go bankrupt . Now , my family of 5 has no vehicle for the winter and lost money that we couldn’t afford to lose.

Prestige Auto are a first-class operation. I've known and completely trusted Brad and Bill for decades. This local boutique dealership offers quality vehicles and honest advice.I recently purchased another vehicle from Brad & Bill..my 5th over the last dozen years, for myself and family. Never have I been disappointed - each has met my own discerning personal standards. Any concerns (both pre- and post-purchase) have always been dealt with up front, professionally, and with customer satisfaction their goal. All vehicles are 3rd-party inspected and certified, and Carfax'd - and all documents are provided to each new owner at time of sale.There certainly are other options to buy vehicles locally, but Bill & Brad have met or exceeded my requirements from day one, and I'll buy from them again.

Purchasing a vehicle from Bill and Brad was literally stress free. Not knowing the dealership or personnel, I came in apprehensively. In my case, the vehicle was well priced and from the greeting to the signing, all went well. Possibly one of my worst experiences with dealerships in all my years. I purchased a vehicle, and everything seemed perfect, too perfect actually. Pricing was great, vehicle ran great, until the problems started to arise. First there were the tail lights malfunctioning. I said to myself this isn't worth notifying the seller about." Then the more serious problems arrived

Buying a car from Brad was a dream. I test drove probably twenty cars at other used car lots and dealerships and none even came close to the cleanliness and amazing quality of every car on Prestige’s lot. I drove three cars there and they were all in perfect condition. Brad made sure I was aware of the increased maintenance costs associated with the BMW I bought from Prestige. You can tell how knowledgeable and passionate Brad and his dad Bill are about cars even from the thoughtful car descriptions in the website and it absolutely holds up in person. The cars at this lot are absolutely impeccable and the staff is fantastic and super easy to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone purchase a car here.

Surprisingly unpleasant experience and disgusting attitude.Was interested in the 2006 Mazda 3.Since the car is 17 years old, I wasn't expecting any miracle.As it turned out, the timer cover has a leak. But, once again, the vehicle is 17 years old and this is not a big problem.And that was not an oil sweating or oily spot, it was real leak and it was fresh.But the owner insisted, that the car has no leaks of any kind due to mechanical fitness assessment.For sure the owner knew about this problem because he didn't even have a look at timing cover. Owner even haven't asked to show where leak is. I didn't say a word about price. He just repeated: There are no leaks of any kind

I had a great experience purchasing a used truck from Brad. It was a hassle free experience with no unnecessary charges or paperwork. The vehicle had a minor issue shortly after the purchase which was taken care of immediately.

Bought a car and have not driven it yet. Prior to a purchase simply bring to an independent mechanic. Don't trust AMVIC from Trail Tire. Prestige uses Trail./
