Honest and friendly, great service, Lai Yi Lee did a great job

Advertised a home turn key for first time buyers and retirees. House is on cinderblocks, house is at the point of collapse because of the rotting housing mounts, no heating, warping flooring, electrical issues that can cause fires. Not happy with the false advertising on the property as I’m a first time buyer. Would never trust these guys when they advertise a home.

I was referred to my agent, Lai-Yee Lee, by a mutual friend. I cannot be more thrilled of the service she provided me as my realtor.Service: As a 1st time home buyer in a very hot market (Toronto), I was nervous and unsure what I was getting into. Lai-Yee Lee was able to field all my questions at all hours of the day and she gave me the confidence that I would find my 1st home without paying an exuberant price. Lee takes the time to fully understand my needs in a home and reviews all the new listings (sometimes for hours) to hand pick every listing for me.Skill and Negotiation: Given her previous experience as a land developer, she was able to identify certain details within a home to look for and certain builders to look out for. Luckily I didn't have to bid on many homes and go into any serious bidding wars (I think this was largely because of Lee's strategy). She was patient with my needs until I found the home I loved. We decided to buy a condo in the midst of a pandemic- no easy feat! We couldn't have done it without the guidance and advice of Lai-Yee Lee. She dealt with ourselves as buyers, and our son as the tenant, to identify all our needs and to help narrow down potential neighbourhoods. Lee was professional, patient and knowledgeable. She made the search fun, and worked with us to find the perfect place at the right price. Unlike most agents who consider the job done once the deal closes, Lee made sure she was still available with advice and contacts for things like cleaners and blinds after closing. We have recommended Lee to several friends and we will absolutely use her services again.

Unfortunately, I experienced unprofessionalism and a total lack of regard for my time when attempting to deal with Robert Lawrence. Customer service is important to your business as it retains customers, customer service also helps recoup customer acquisition costs and cultivates a loyal following. Sadly, I found that this brokerage has no Customer Service nor does it value my time.
