No pressure sales, a local business and a great result. This was the second time we have used Absolutely Floored. First time was for a condo with laminate flooring, and this time for a house with a lot of carpet. Service here is amazing. From deciding what was best, what colour, price range and then changing our minds, Steve had suggestions that were within budget and look great in our home.

I've been working with Steve & his team at Absolutely Floored for years, both personally and professionally as a Realtor. Steve's always delivered the highest level of service, and when sending clients, they've called to thank me for referring them to Steve who took the absolute best care of them. They are experts in laying hardwood floors. Making sure our floors were level for the new wood. We cannot express how happy we are! Highly recommend to anyone! 5 star!! <3

Before moving into our new home we enlisted Absolutely Floored to redo our main floor with vinyl (pictures of in-store sample then final product - obvs lighting is different) and carpet for the stairs and loft.We dealt with Tanner in sales, who made the process easy. He listened to what we were looking for, our lifestyle and made some amazing suggestions that we are so happy with!!The vinyl contractor Michael was very easy to work with and did a fantastic job installing the new flooring and making our new home ready to move in!The carpet contractor was good as well with the installation itself, only downside here was they didn't clean up the carpet bits in building hallway / lobby like the vinyl contractor did after their job.10/10 if you want to redo any of your flooring you'd be crazy not to reach out to Absolutely Floored!

I have worked with a lot of flooring companies as I have done many renovations and I have to say Absolutely Floored is my number one pick. Steve is by far the most kind, reliable, reasonable, and caring person to work with. We did flooring for our 4000+ sq house with tight timeline but Steve made it work and the quality is absolutely top notch. Installation was easy and fast. Thanks to Steve, my house looks gorgeous. Highly recommend Absolutely Floor to anyone looking for new flooring. Mike B. was extremely helpful throughout the process from helping us chose out the new laminate flooring all the way to returning the unused flooring at the end. The installer Andre was an absolute legend. Communication, service, product all 10/10. Mike B. Is the Michael Jordan of flooring managers. Unbelievable good. Andre is like Connor McDavid, just amazing at his job.

I would highly recommend Absolutely Floored. They did such an outstanding job replacing the old carpet in my office and were able to to source the same hardwood floor we had in the house. I could not be happier. They were a pleasure to work with and the installers were skilled and kept everything clean. They also redid the baseboard it looks amazing. I will use them for all my future flooring projects.

While big box stores offer a large selection of materials and services for homeowners, local specialty stores like Absolutely Floored offer more industry leading products with better personal service. Value, not price wins every time for me.That being said, after checking online reviews about the “Best Flooring stores” nearby our Burnaby townhouse, my wife and I made our choice: based on numerous high ratings and excellent Better Business Bureau approval, it had to be Absolutely Floored in Coquitlam.Our sales rep Steve took time to help us in the showroom to select a highly rated stain resistant yet plush carpet for use throughout our townhouse as well as an upscale vinyl planking for our kitchen (looks like real wood with wood grain patterns/contours AND 100% waterproof!).The vinyl planking installer was very professional and courteous. He did a great job in one day that included replacing the carpet on our lower stairs from the garage to the front door. My wife says this vinyl planking stairway means footwear dirt and grime no longer get tracked as easily into the house.The carpet installers also did an excellent job over 3 days, although it took longer than expected because we literally had a guest room full of storage boxes to be moved and replaced afterwards. We highly recommend paying the additional $50/room to have the installers move furniture for you. In our case, the installers also had to hire 2 extra movers for the first day to help get the work started. It cost another $150 for 2 extra movers that day but well worth it. Remember that an installation job is only an estimated cost, subject to additional ones in time and material basis.It has been a week since all this work was done. We received favourable comments from our cleaning ladies and visitors alike: our 15-y.o. townhouse never looked so good and inviting until Absolutely Floored did their job. (Of course, our painting the walls before this carpet and flooring was done enhance the look of the home too... ).Hope this review helps to convince you as we were that the Absolutely Floored does live up to their well deserved reputation as one of the best flooring stores in the tri-city area. We’re so happy with our new carpet and vinyl plank! Absolutely Floored really came through for us, had very competitive prices for good quality materials, and they worked hard to get it all done on a tight timeline before we moved in. When we had a water leak, they came over within 15 minutes to make sure the new carpet wouldn’t be damaged. They definitely went above and beyond—great customer service!
