Flo Charging Station
Charging stations have worked every time I've visited the mall recently. Not the fastest, and you have to download and set up the flo app to use them - but convenient while in the mall.

Only one and BEV and PHEV friendly Flo network cost unknown as unit was not working when I was here and no signs to say being fixed so I assume no one cares to maintain.
