The Grow Depot

Great store! I checked them out while I was in the area and the staff helped me put together a hydroponic system and gave me discount! I placed an online order a few weeks later and the process was very smooth. Will definitely be shopping here again.

This place has everything anyone will need to grow indoor. Stumbled upon this place by a happy accident just yesterday and I don't think I'll go anywhere else anymore. Grow Depot has the best prices in the GTA (searched through at least a dozen sites), much better prices than Toronto Hemp Shop for sure and if you happen to find a product cheaper elsewhere they will price match, also one good thing to note is that if they don't have a product you want you can email them and they will get you that product and price match it on top.. Amazing place and friendly staff, customer service is great and I had no problems whatsoever ordering online and picking up in store on the same day. I recommend any grower to either visit their website or visit them in person.

First I would like to say how happy I am that I found The Grow Depot. The prices are fantastic the selection is large, the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and I know from personal experience will go the extra mile to keep a customer happy. I just received my first order from The Grow Depot got it in one day, shipping was super fast with tracking number. The staff at The Grow Depot is really great. They seem to honestly care about what their customers need not just about profit. Their prices are competitive and they have a great selection. This is the only place I'll buy my hydroponics supplies from now on!

Typically I don't write reviews but I feel this is important to write: in terms of product selection, pricing and their physical storefront this company is excellent. In regards to ordering online, being updated on deliveries of product, when to expect deliveries and so forth this company deserves a 1 star rating. It is extremely disappointing that this company fails to realize that transparency is also a a driving factor between consumers repeating business with ANY company.
