I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at Salon Utopia. Although The salon looks a little different to keep your customers safe, the kindness and consideration from the staff makes the experience always a wonderful one. And I just wanted to give an extra big thank you to Michele. You went above and beyond what was required to make me feel comfortable and safe as you cut my fathers hair. Your passion and caring for your customers does not go unnoticed thanks again.

Request Felicity!!! She did an amazing job on my baylage, and she gave me exactly what I asked for with a perfect cut, and to top it all off, an amazing blow-out! Wonderfully friendly and professional... best hairstylist I've ever had! The salon itself is beautiful and clean.. extremely chic. Loved the experience as a whole. :)

What a professional, clean, and friendly salon! I have been going to Salon Utopia for years now and wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the lovely ladies behind the desk. They can do any style and colour! I can't wait for them to style my wedding - HAIR and MAKEUP! Would recommend 10/10!!

Haley was great. She found the perfect style for my hair in terms of style and color and suggested great products for my unique needs. They have a variety of styling and wash products to choose from. The place is clean and well-decorated. Will definitely be coming again.

Trish is amazing at Botox and fillers. She put me at ease and you can feel her passion and skill set! She is beyond talented and makes sure to follow up with her clients. A true professional.

I moved to Belle River and was looking for a new hair stylist. I called Salon Utopia to make an appointment but got their answering service so left my number to call back. I received a call back and booked an appointment. Salon Utopia then called me back a few days later requesting that I change my appointment time to later in the day at 3pm…which I had no problem doing. The day of my balayage appointment I got a babysitter for 3 hours and showed up to the appointment 5 minutes early. When I arrived they informed me that my hair stylist had an emergency that morning and had to cancel everyone for the day. When I asked why I wasn’t notified earlier of this they stated they didn’t have the right phone number for me?? Even though they had called me twice on my number before. I asked if there was anyone else that could do my hair and they said they would have to rebook another day. Super disappointing since I payed for a babysitter, scheduled my day off and drove all the way there to find out my appointment was cancelled.

We had a fabulous experience getting my hair and make-up done along with the rest of the bridal party at my sister-in-law's wedding. Felicity did a particularly great job will all of our makeup!

Michelle worked her MAGIC after I had been without a cut or colour for 8 months due to COVID! Salon Utopia is spacious, very clean and has the best service. I will never go anywhere else.

My sister is getting married this Sept. she booked the salon two years ago for both hair and make up. Well a couple months ago they tell her that the girl that she wants to style her hair doesn’t work Fridays but someone in the salon will hopefully be trained in time to do what she want?? She decided to book with a different hair stylist, she calls to cancel our hair appointment but keep our make up appointment, they decided to cancel our make up appointment. We let them know that we still need this service and they said with this they need to travel to us and their schedule that day doesn’t allow them to come to us, which we will be two mins away from the salon reason why we booked with them in the first place but now leaving over 9 girls stranded a month before a wedding. Way to add stress to a soon to be Bride, salon is ignorant and unprofessional.
