I've had the wonderful opportunity of knowing and working alongside Lindsay for the better part of a year now. I cannot recommend her enough. From the moment you step into her office, you feel welcomed and at ease, and instantly, you know you're in good hands.Lindsay provides a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. She actively and lets her clients feel heard and validated.What I appreciate most about working with Lindsay is her ability to provide practical tools and strategies to help others, she is incredibly devoted and committed to her clients.

I’ve been a client of Lindsay’s for around a year and a half at the time of writing this.She is warm, compassionate, easy to talk to and non-judgemental therapist. She’s also very knowledgeable about various mental health issues and how to tackle them. Lindsay has been tremendously helpful with learning skills to help deal with anxieties and stability during tougher emotional times - and especially during COVID.I was almost about to give up on therapy because I went through a bunch of therapists and they weren’t too helpful - but when I met Lindsay, I knew she was the therapist for me. Over the year and a half I’ve been a client, she has had a huge positive impact on my mental well being and I’ve learned a lot. Her services are worth every penny. I would highly recommend her as a therapist.
