Went there as I needed advice on a specific item. The salesgirl while tried to be helpful, was extremely unknowledgeable. The only questions she could answer , were ones she had to look up on the internet. At the end of the day, I chose to go to a small boutique store as I needed advice . If I did not need advice , I would have bought the item online from the comfort of my home . If I wanted to speak to unknowledgeable sales people , I would have went to the big box store that is currently going bankrupt for that very reason. I did end up going to the big box toy store after, and found no help, but the item on clearance for 140$ less than Kido. Very disappointing experience .

My wife and I was stuck for choosing stroller between UPPABABY and NUNA. We will have our first baby in December 2019. we visit so many stores to compare these two brands. Here is the fist store in Montral which have both of them and we can compare them side by side.The staff (MONA) is really helpful and knowlegeble. she patiently answer to all of our questions (believe me or not we had a lot questions). First, we pre-order UPPABABY stroller and car sit but after one week we changed our mind and went for NUNA. MONA kindly change our order in 5 mintues. After one week, we visit another store in LAVAL, that store offers 20% discount for NUNA stroller and car sit. we just call MONA and she matches the price right away. SHE IS AWSOME.

Just bought a stroller there and was impressed with the time the staff took to explain the pros/cons of the different models. There's a good selection, and the prices are more than fair. They also went out of their way during a small mix-up to make sure I'd have the stroller when I needed it, which I appreciated. I'd highly recommend the place.

I had a problem with my Babyzen yoyo. When I got to the store Emma was extremely helpful. She did everything that was in her power to fix the problem together with her empathy and kindness. She is a great salesperson!!! Thank you!!

We got our stroller & basinet from Trendy Strollers. The staff is very friendly, professional & informative of all the products in the store. They give every customer ample time to explain in detail about the products. The basinet we chose was not available in stock, so they provided us with a basinet for almost 2 weeks by the time our basinet was shipped. The new owners of this store, through their new management, made sure we were satisfied in every aspects.

I bought a Tripp Trapp chair here with the baby set and tray. I was unimpressed with the salesman, who showed me a model that had the harness on upside down and who did not seem comfortable putting the baby set on the chair. That evening, I discovered one of the pieces of the chair I bought had a defect, so I called the store the next day to ask about exchanging it. The saleslady on the phone told me I would have to email pictures of the defect and would have to go through Stokke to get an exchange. I answered I could ask for a refund since we were well within 10 days of purchase and she replied she would need to discuss this with her manager. On arriving at the store, she had not spoken to her manager and they both wanted to be shown the defect before refunding the item, which is understandable but not necessary. Long story short, I wasted time and effort and they have lost my business forever due to terrible service. I’m a young first-time mother willing to pay for good-quality products, so I would have expected they would have made an effort to help me out and keep me as a regular customer. En plus le vendeur ne parlait pas français...

My husband and I have shopped at Trendy Stroller with the previous owners and now with the new ones and have always had great service. What I've appreciated the most is the honesty. Especially with the new owners (Annie has helped us several times) expert advice is given but there is never any pushy sales approach. We were looking at a double stroller and the sales associate honestly told us that by next summer our oldest child would have outgrown it. I doubt that we would have gotten that information at Toys R Us! It gave us pause to think and find something that would really suit our family. We're loyal customers and recommend this shop to our friends.

Amazing customer service. We bought all our baby essentials from here. Stokke sleepi, bugaboo cameleon3 stroller, nuna pipa car seat and much more. They carry most of the high end baby products. The owner, hani, is very nice and helpful, and so is his staff. They take the time to explain everything in detail as well as try the product with their help (very well informed about the products they carry). They give you the space to discuss things, but always come back to check if you have anymore questions. We never felt rushed or that we needed to make a decision on the spot. We were always encouraged to take our time, which I loved! Just keep in mind that some of the products need to be ordered and take time to arrive, but they are upfront and honest about estimated delivery.

Great selection and very knowledgeable customer service. Mona took her time to show us different options and demos so we could make our mind. Highly recommended!
