Terrible business with awful customer service run by people who don't know their own products. These people sell half working appliances that they label as like-new" on their website

Very nice guys, excellent service! They took my old fridge away for free, and when I decided I needed my fridge door to swing the other way, they sent a technician to my house see if it was possible. When it wasn't, they exchanged the fridge for a different one and waived the delivery fee! Very impressed with their service. So much better than dealing with a large company - really personal and helpful.

Beaucoup d'électros à bon prix. Livraison rapide et efficace. Certains électros ont cependant des problèmes (de très mineurs à très majeurs), mais avec un peu d'effort Junior, le proprio très sympathique, va les remplacer ou les réparer. C'est juste que parfois il faut s'y reprendre à quelques reprises et mettre un peu de pression, parce qu'on nous dit qu'on nous reviendra et on ne nous revient finalement pas.

I got a washer and dryer that would cost double if I’ve bought brand new. The washer and dryer work great and no problem so far. They also delivered and install. I definitely recommend them
