So happy with Darcy and his team! After being ghosted by multiple other companies, Island Coast Contracting always responded in a timely manner, did great work, were friendly and left our property spotless! They re-screwed the entire steep pitch roof in a day and even replaced a small section quickly and beautifully. Totally recommend!

We hired Darcy and his team to complete several exterior renovations on our house this year. They installed a new roof, facia boards and gutters quickly, and with very high quality workmanship. We were so happy with their work that we brought them back on to reside one side of our house, weather seal our windows and install new 8x8 cedar posts in our front entrance. Once again our expectations were exceeded. Unlike so many contractors Darcy and Brian are easy to contact, responsive and hold themselves to very high standards. We would absolutely recommend them for all of your exterior renovation/repair needs!

We called in island coast contracting in for a quote to more or less completely redo the outside of my house and they gave a pretty reasonable price! These guys work rain or shine, I often thought they were crazy sometimes for working in the bad weather but they get the work done. They replaced all of my shingles, they extended the sides of my roof, and they completely replaced all of my siding, all of my gutters, facia board, sofitting...amazing work! I highly recommend giving these guys a call.

Island Coast Contracting
We hired island coast contracting to replace our 30+ year roof. Darcy came by and went up the roof to do some measurements for the quote. After we discussed and made the final decision they started on time and the new roof went on in time. The crew was working very safely and protected the siding and all values around the work area. They cleaned everything up and did a magnet swipe in the driveway to make sure no nails or screws were left behind. We would recommend Darcy and his team. Every question and concern was answered and solved. Thanks a lot for replacing our roof.

I am thankful to Darcy and his crew for making a large project look easy, and getting it done quickly in spite of challenging weather. They put on a new roof, siding sections, fascia, soffits, gutters; the whole lot. Through the process Darcy kept in touch to make sure I was happy with everything and to make sure I understood what they were doing, and why. Thanks to Darcy and his team!

I used to work with Darcy. He is a very skilled, friendly, perfectionist. His craftmanship is always held to a high standard. I ended up moving to Nanaimo, but if anyone were to work on my home, I would want it to be him and his crew.
