These guys are the BEST!! I got an idea about engraved present to my husband last minute and was sure nobody would make it in one day. Familiar Faces not only agreed to do the work pretty fast but also came up with very cool idea how to make the present even more personal! Roger sent me several examples by the time I got home from them! He basically read my mind! Very very satisfied with their service! You guys Rock!

What an amazing experience. They helped me laser etch my product logo onto my metal box and taught me the capabilities of the laser etching process. I am so impressed with Familiar Faces! Will be back!

Fantastic service and fantastic people. I brought in an item to be engraved for a gift. The engraving didn't come out as perfectly as it could have. They phoned me to let me know that they weren't happy with how it turned out, and then they proactively found and ordered a replacement item and re-engraved it for me. This wasn't a cheap item but they purchased it themselves and presented a perfect item for me. I am so impressed !!
