Most unprofessional. They disrespect their clients and have no interest whatsoever in assisting customers. Packages are scanned late and you have to keep chasing after them to get your mail.

The worker is unreasonable impatient and rude. I appreciate your work and please at least give me a polite attitude. Is it too hard to speak politely to the constumer? There must be a reason for you guys being such unhappy there and honestly you deserve it. Wish your entire life living in such an unhappy mood.

PR CARD STOLEN HEREPLEASE HELP!I left the card on the counter after using it as piece of ID. I came back the next day and it was nowhere to be found.The people working here say they didn't see it so someone must have found it and taken it with them.I have an emergency trip to go see a relative who is dying and I need my card to return to Canada. I will be stranded and unable to re-enter for weeks without it. If you found it PLEASE GIVE IT BACK.

Extremely bad service that I never had before. Very rude staff, unprofessional no small. Especially the Staff name : Chung yin shouldn't work in the front line, poor customer service skills.

This is a good for business spot and it was kind of slow because they have only employee and and she is mid 40+ but she is working good
