Nice selection of bikes. I am a little disappointed in the service received on my son's bike which I purchased there a few years ago. The part that was installed was done correctly. No issue with that. However, it was disappointing that after spending a good amount of money, the bike was returned with a dry chain and brake that needed adjustment. Not a big deal for me to adjust but disappointed they did not care to spend a few minutes and 10 cents of oil to send out a safe bike to a happy customer.

Best BMX store in PG let alone all of BC. This place has great stock of legit high quality BMX upgrades and full bikes as well. Family run for decades I bought my BMX from them as a kid in the 80’s. It’s such a great shop and I’ve visited a ton all over North America. Love the owners!

Good service doesn't come cheap. Koops won't service recumbent bikes, which isn't an issue for me. They replaced my derailer but the way they rewound the shifter destroyed the shifter. That said, the employees are courteous, if a smidgen blunt. They'll get you back on the road in a reasonable time if you ride an upright. Recumbent brothers go elsewhere.

Great service. I got a quote and picked up the bike repaired the same day, cheaper than the quote! Didn't get up sold, or charged for things that were not needed. I highly recommend and will be returning to them with my business!!

Walked in looking for a few bike accessories and the owner is just starring me down like I'm about to steal something. Kept getting followed around. Cashier just tosses the receipt and turns around rudely after I paid. Never experienced this at Ruckus. They'll be getting my business from now on.

Great business. We got a great bike here for a 5 year old and they were very helpful picking out the right size. Good buy back policy as the kids grow. They threw in a pair of training wheels. I'll never buy another bike from Canadian Tire since you can get a way better bike at Koops at a competitive price. The bike we got was lighter than the way smaller Canadian Tire one replaced.

I bought a beautiful bike last year from Koops. Not only is the bike amazing, but the Customer service is second to none. I have been in several times with questions and to buy accessories or just for an adjustment. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend shopping here.

Koops has been selling bikes in Prince George for 50 years! We have been shopping there almost as long. Recently I bought a luggage rack but I couldn’t install it. I went back and they were able to solve my problems. They were all helpful, friendly, and efficient. Koops is still a great place to shop for bikes!

Ah I miss Koop's so much since I left Prince George. Their service was always amazing, personalized, speedy and reasonably priced. If my bikes had issues they'd fit me in right away and do better than I asked, fixing problems I didn't even know about. I wish I had something similar near me now. If I didn't live so far away now I'd still be taking my bikes there.
