Paradise Leisurescapes

I started dealing with Paradise Leisurescapes on May 5th, 2023. I called and was inquiring about a hot tub cover. This place is an authorized dealer for the particular brand I have, and this was the store where it was originally purchased. I called May 5th to ask a yes or no question. I asked if they had a cover lid for my model hot tub. I was told that there was one available according to their computer but that the warehouse manager would have to confirm this. I called in the morning and was told they would call back. I've never heard from them for 7 days. I called them the following Friday, May 12th, and the employee said the same thing and told me they would call back. They did not, so on Saturday, May 13, I called back again and spoke with a different employee. Had to repeat the entire process. He said the same thing. The warehouse manager would have to confirm it, but he was gone until Monday the 15th. He apologized for no one calling me back, and this employee promised to call me back and did, call me back on Monday the 15th at 3 pm. He informed me that they did NOT have the cover in stock.The problem is that with the cover not being in stock, it has to be ordered in. They told me this could take 8 weeks to 8 months. So it took them 12 days to tell me this. Now, I am already almost 2 weeks behind to get one brought in.It was very frustrating and made me feel unimportant in the process.

We have received the best customer service from Paradise. Staff is totally approachable and a wealth of knowledge. We had some minor issues and the staff reached out immediately to set up a time to send out a service tech. We highly recommend purchasing from Paradise. Curtis, Tara, Sabrina and Morgan, we a very grateful for all your help!Thank you!

Decent service, their staff is not very responsive via email and hard to get answers. Not sure if it’s a function of being too busy. The staff overall is very knowledgeable, and helpful! I will continue using these guys for my pool service needs.

Had a great conversation with Lorne. He explained many things in my pursuit of a backyard paradise. He provided info about the hot tubs and pools, BBQs and what we would need to put it all together. If your a master of the Grill They have the Yoder and big green Eggs. Sweet.

I bought an amazing hot tub from Curtis at Paradise Leisurescapes about decade ago. Over the past 10 years I’ve made a few other great purchases there and I’ve been thoroughly impressed by the way Curtis and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond with their quality service.

Talked to Curtis about the Bullfrog A8s, his price was the best within 1000kms and he was willing to ship a tub out to Calgary if needed (we have no dealer in Calgary), as he happened to be making an order. If you're near Saskatoon and need a Bullfrog, he knows them inside and out. He was also willing to try different means of getting the price down and wasn't pushy at all. Definitely recommend! I was surprised at how many other dealers wanted $6k more for the same product and weren't willing to budge on price, Curtis was actually willing to go back and forth. Love it!

I bought a hot tub from Curtis years ago. And since then have been buying my chlorine and supplies from Paradise because of the great service.The staff have always been amazing in helping me get the right products and answering any questions.

I have been shopping here for years. I always deal with Lorne who is always attentive and caring. I recently purchased a pool here and am very happy with the product and service. The prices are certainly higher than most places but the quality and support is most often worth it. I will continue to be a long-time customer.

Adam and the service team are unreal! We have had a few issues with our spa as it is getting older and they are out right away and are beyond amazing to deal with. We appreciate the team at Paradise! Thank you!
