Midas

Called today and the got me in same-day to do an oil change on my truck and do a good once over of everything. Never tried to push things on me to buy that I didn't need. Will definitely be back for oil changes and other services!

Brought my jeep in for a simple repair, left with it damaged and no answers. Was very excited, as my phone call experience was great with Scott. Brought it in, and promptly got a phone call saying my keys don't work. Go to the shop, try the keys and the spare, nothing works. They say it's immediately not their fault, and there's nothing they can do. Well, when I dropped my vehicle off there, there was no ignition issues. Not since owning it. So how is it possible that the minute someone else tries it, it now won't work? And then to say there's nothing they can do? And then, they can't keep the vehicle there, it's not safe! So now please call a tow truck! Gladly towed my jeep to another mechanic. Hoping to get some answers soon, as this is not ok. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

It was lovely dealing with the team at Midas, from the time I called to picking up my truck. They made sure everything was explained and put the extra mile in so I got my truck back before they closed shop for the night.I will be back with any other issue that will arise in the future!

My experience here was the best auto repair service I ever received. I called in advanced from Kamloops and they assured me they could get me in even though it was Saturday and no other shops could. They fixed my muffler quickly and efficiently and at a very fair price! I recommend them as the best in lower mainland BC in my opinion!

I’ve been going to Midas for about 15 years. First the Aldergrove location, then, when I moved, to the Chilliwack location. The service can’t be beat. Latest example, my husband just got laid off and a week later our van’s power window decide to give up on life and break, leaving it open and exposed to the winter weather. Not only did Midas quickly find the problem and get the required parts lined up, they’re working with us for payments. They take care of us when we need it most. I’m NEVER disappointed when I go there.

Peter and team is always helpful. He puts attention to your car problem thoroughly.
