I recently worked with Satnam Singh as my buyer side realtor and while I have to admit that he was great to work with when it came to finding a property, I was disappointed that he did not honor his cashback promise.Satnam had promised me a certain amount of cashback at closing, but when it came time to close on the property, he claimed that he had to split the commission with his partner, which resulted in me receiving significantly less cashback than I was promised. While I understand that agents often work in teams, I was disappointed that this was not disclosed to me upfront and that I was misled about the cashback offer.Despite this issue, I have to say that Satnam was an excellent agent when it came to finding a property. He was responsive, knowledgeable about the local market, and always had my best interests in mind. If it weren't for the cashback issue, I would give him a higher rating.In conclusion, I would recommend Satnam as a buyer side realtor for his expertise in the market and his ability to find the right property for his clients. However, I would advise anyone working with him to clarify any cashback offers upfront and to make sure they understand how commissions will be split if he is working with a partner.

The staff is very cheap they don't know how to deal with customers using the rude language and provide fake information regarding houses. Home's are very expensive and in worst condition.

I was served by Manpreet. He is an excellent agent and great person to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. I recommend Manpreet to anyone looking to do any Real Estate transaction.
