The waitress was extremely rude, everytime she would bring us water she would serve over my head she was snappy to my kids when my mother in law ordered a Pepsi she completely ignored her. Definitely won't be back

Food is always good when I go in. Facility itself could definitely use some updating but that's not a big deal. Time from order to table is always good, even during lunchtime.

Not bad for Chinese food... Establishment wasn't in the greatest of shape.. but that's adds to the atmosphere... Service was top notch and the food was great...

I ordered the sweet and sour pork, mandarin chicken, and pork fried rice. The food came out super fast but the rice tasted old and only slightly warm, the pork was really overdone super crunchy also only warm, and the mandarin chicken is very bland and dry no matter how much sweet and sour sauce I dipped it in (also warm). There eggflower soup is really good and I love Chinese food but unfortunately I don't think I will be coming here again.

Was my first time there. Brenda was the waitress. Great dining experience. Food was really enjoyable. Don't think they cook with MSG which I this is a big plus. Will go there again.This restaurant is on the west side of Ontario. Worth the extra minutes to drive there.Lots of seating, spacious. Good place to go for large families and groups. Plenty of parking too.

If you're looking for good food, you found it. I give Shanghai a solid five stars. Let me begin by saying the staff are absolutely wonderful. I always feel welcome, and I always get full. Thank you everyone! The food is great. It takes me back to my childhood. It's not like the generic chain restaurants.

The place needs updated a bit, maybe painted. The food was excellent and the service was good. Our waitress was efficient and fast. Our food was out quickly and it wasn't overly expensive. Thank you for the great experience!!

I've been here 4+ times and this last visit will probably be it for me. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered the rice noodles with chicken, shrimp and bean sprouts. The chicken was just awful tasting. I'm sure it was leftover from the day (or days) before; freezer burnt, dried out, and definitely NOT fresh. It was so nasty, I just couldn't eat it and ended up throwing it in the trash, wasting $12. Of all the previous times I've been in, I really liked their Shanghai fried rice, but it wasn't very good this time. Ingredients were dry, stale, and old tasting. Besides the overpriced sub par food, the entire restaurant could use a thorough scub down. I won't waste my money here again
