Higher Health Hot Yoga
My favourite place for yoga in town. I wish they would do fat male biker classes though, with beer at the end. Other than that I love the place. Cool selection of instructors. Different types of classes. Good schedule. Clean place. And very reasonably priced. Also not snobbish and very inclusive and none judgemental towards anyone who might not look spiritual or working in an office.

Higher Health Hot Yoga
I took a Hot Yoga class for the first time at Higher Health and it was GREAT! I sweated in places that I didn't know would sweat! This is NOTHING like the Angry Yoga skit on 22 Minutes either, although it would have been fun if it was. I'll be back for sure!

New location is awesome! Great instructors - as per normal! I sometimes walk in with a frown, but I always leave with a smile! Check out the salt sauna too, it's awesome!
