I recently purchased a new Nitro Boat from this location. I had requested several additions and equipment upgrades to the boat. I had a very limited window as to when I was able to pick up the boat as I live 2.5hrs away from Eganville. Initially I was told that is was not possible to complete the work in the time frame I requested. The parts person Tyler offered to have someone come and pick up the boat from me (so I would still get the boat on time) to get the work done if they could not complete it in time which was a pleasant surprise. It turned out that they were able to get all the necessary parts and had all of the work done in about 2.5 days. I certainly appreciate the effort that went into getting this all done in such a short time frame. Especially since I am not the only customer they have. The sales person Roy was excellent with follow up and they even had a VIP parking spot with my name on it when I arrived to pick up the boat. A big thanks to Doug, Tyler, Roy and the entire Pride Marine Eganville team for making this boat purchase a seamless experience.

Very professional group. Service was A++. I did not buy a boat from, but was very impressed by their professionalism. Hunter in particular was first class to deal with. Nothing but respect for this group!

Tried to buy a 12ft aluminum runabout from them. Was a good price because it was the last of the previous years model. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that the hull had a bad indent at the front that probably happened during manufacture. Would have severely affected the hull speed especially with a small motor so I told the manager that I didn't want that boat. He seemed to be having a bad day and acted like it would be a real bother for him to do anything about it. He was quite rude and it left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided to get my money back. Luckily, they gave it back but he did seem surprised that I wasn't interested in a replacement but it was too late at that point. I have higher expectations from any business that I frequent so won't be going back.

I bought a Nitro Z6 from Pride in Eganville. Tyler and the team were terrific to deal with. I asked for multiple modifications, a ton of questions and all during a pandemic. They were responsive, helpful and supportive. If the need comes for more equipment I will definitely reconnect with Tyler and the Pride team!

Tidy, well-stocked store with friendly knowledgeable staff. Lots of great outdoor equipment and machines.
