Panago Pizza

I ordered 5 items of there menu and they missed 1 so I phone them and they let me talked to the manager. So the manager told me I need to pay my own pocket for my missing order for another delivery which is there fault not mine and they didnt even refund me. That order cost me 9$. The manager has no idea how to make customer happy specially missing items for delivery and I paid for it.poor service

Food safe and timing doesn't mean anything to them. Even after making someone wait for 20 more minutes (15mins this what they initially asked +20mins) than they initially asked for they manage to serve pizza and garlic bread almost uncooked. It was topping on pizza dough. And they don't care about wearing hairnet while undercooking your food. This is my first one start review and they did everything possible to earn this.

Ordered pizza and wings yesterday! Pizza was 8/10, asked for extra well done wings and they are still slimy and gross in the middle! 1/10! The people preparing the food may need more training! I’m very disappointed as I ordered the 16 pack and threw them all away!

Just ordered panago and the chicken wings were under cooked. I threw them all away. The dessert I ordered was completely burnt. How ever they sent that out to people is unreal. Management needs to be checking staff cooking procedures before someone gets sick from undercooked meat.Definitely wouldn't order from there again.

I ordered from this store the other night. Pizza took just over an hour to arrive. I could've dealt with that just fine but the problems for me were when I actually got the pizza. I ordered 4 dips and paid in advance. Driver said they had no dips. Bummer. The pizza was cold. Cheese had solidified. The crust was super dry and chewy. Dough might not have been fresh or exposed to the air for too long.Anyways long story short, wasn't entirely happy.Contacted customer care and shared my experience. They were very quick to reply. They took ownership for the issues and provided me a full credit without me even asking.So even though this wasn't my best Panago experience, knowing that the customer care team has my back gives me a sense of confidence for future purchases. That's why Panago gets 4 stars today, even though the pizza made me sad.

Ordered from here the other evening my classic favorite New York deli and first off I asked for sausage on one half and they put the sausage on random slices of the pizza, like not on one half like litterally on random slices lol. Like not a big deal but how do u screw that up. The pizza was overall bland and flavorless. Pretty skimpy on cheese and toppings for how expensive their pizzas are. This place wasn't good years ago and we tried it again for the first time in a long time and suprise surprise it still isn't good.

There was a mistake with my order, so I called back to get it corrected, I had a little bit of a tight schedule, but they suggested I talked to customer service. Customer service bent over backwards to try and make things good, they went above and beyond. They really didn’t more than I expected I mean what was an error somewhere in the process, turn into an excellent experience. I was very impressed!!!

I love the plant based options that are available. This sets the standard that others should fall in line also

Worst pizza I have ever had the misfortune to eat. Ordered a meat lovers large! I was hard pressed to find any meat, let along a meat extravaganza. It was a cardboard crust with minimal sauce and very little toppings of any description!!! The price I paid was absolute robbery!!! I also ordered a pepperoni pizza for my son and there was more meat on that one! I will never order from Panago again and I will be sure to tell anyone who asks not to bother ordering from there. Very disappointed customer..
