I generally don't post reviews, but wanted to express my deepest thanks to the staff at Heartland Animal Hospital. Dr. Kim and her staff have gone above and beyond after having to unexpectedly put our cat to rest. We are not a regular client, but due to an ice storm and our cat suffering a great deal they squeezed us in. Dr. Kim was both empathetic and supportive, as this was our first fur family member we had to put to sleep. They also made a donation on behalf of our sweet girl, and even went so far to send us a card in the mail with some footprints they had made up. I will never forget this experience at Heartland, and highly reccomend their veterinary care to anyone who has a deep love of animals. Thank you again.

I recently had to bring my 16yr old German shepherd as his health was declining. The staff was absolutely wonderful and caring. In the end Dr. Kim Waston was so supportive making sure my dog was comfortable and so was I. They talked me through every step, were very professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better team to get me through this rough time. Thank you to all the staff at Heartland.

I had my dog put to sleep last Thursday and I was not really impressed with the service only because of covid. We had to do it outside they put a chair there for me to sit in and hold my baby until he passed but what I didn't like was they left his eyes open and they rushed us it was like five minutes in and out of there. I had my dog for 14 years and even though I love dogs it will be a long time before I get another one

They are really great with the dogs only issue is the vet is forever changing not sure how it works there I know they have different offices maybe they rotate? Never had an issue with any of them and they are quick to want to help.

Superb service, the doctors are very dedicated to making sure your furry friend is taken care of. They explain everything to you and follow up with you to make sure all is okay. I almost lost my dog and now with the help of meds he is going to be with me for longer. Thank you to Heartland.
