Just moved to Lethbridge from the Shuswap (BC). I’ve been to the Market 3 times now in the last week and I have to say the Staff are not very friendly or welcoming to a new face. If I ask where something is, I feel like I’m bothering staff members or they look me up and down like maybe I would steal. I dress nice and I’m always polite. I wouldn’t mind paying a higher price point for excellent/friendly service but after three times it’s hard to justify going back. Too bad it’s a neat store with an old school vibe.

Best customer service ever! I called London Road Market to let them know the bacon I purchased was expired, and was wanting to return it for a fresh one if possible. Next thing they asked for my address and the manager himself came by to deliver this! We only bought a single, 1kg package! The BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Will most definitely be doing ALOT more of my shopping there.

Love the meat. They used to have the best rotisserie chickens when Ida was there, they are terrible now. I used to go there a couple times a week for the chicken and always pick up whatever else I need. Haven't been there in a while. But I like the Store. Staff are great.

Great selection of items not found with other grocers. Friendly staff. The Saskatoon Berry ice-cream was exceptional in taste.Parking lot is best exited from the back lane.

It's a smaller grocery store, local, and conveniently placed. I've never had problems with produce, although I've noticed that sometimes the dairy products are on the shelf past the sell by date. Usually when I visit the service is lacking, but that's not something I'm offended by. The selection of goods is decent.

Prices are very high. I also have a problem supporting such toxic management. The owners son has been incredibly rude to multiple people I know. At one point he chased out a customer and told her to never return, because she had the audacity to suggest gluten free catering options.Save On, Lakeview Bakery, and Umami Shop are better options if you want to support local.

We often shop at London Road Market. We bought mustard a few days ago and when we opened it last night at supper there was no seal and the top was sticky. We went to return it today and a very rude young man said no exchange without receipt. A lady stepped in and told him to exchange it. We then made a purchase and the same young man had a very poor attitude and treated us like an imposition. This young man is hard on business. With prices high all the smaller places can do to keep locals spending at their stores is provide service. All we got was very bad attitude. So long to London Road Market

Not a very friendly place to shop. The man working the till didn't even say hello or tell me my total. Just stood there till I was done paying. Not even a good bye, will not be shopping there again.
