Going into this renovation we were very skeptical about contractors as we've been burned recently. We were looking for siding, an inch of insulation, windows, and a new 12x 16 deck with a shed built in underneath it, complete with waterproofed ceiling and a water drainage system, with a sliding barn door to boot. Lots of work. We first met Leroy (the owner) when he came to give us a quote and we were very impressed with his knowledge and communication. He brought us a book detailing over 100 different jobs he's done with pictures and contact information for each customer so we could call and ask about their experiences. It wasn't long before we decided to sign a contract with them. Their price was really good. The contract was well written and very detailed on what would be done, and it even included things like they would clean up the job site everyday and they would show up every single workday and would not be running multiple jobs at the same time. The day finally came for them to start and we were never disappointed. The work was second to none. The crew was polite and very receptive to questions and they were thorough. They know their craft, and they know it well. Our house now looks brand new. They even put new metal trim around the doors to make them look new because we weren't changing them. The deck was built above and beyond. It's built above code standard. The underneath part turned out exactly as I'd pictured it. They even water tested it by dumping water on the deck to ensure it drained away underneath properly. Bottom line, of you're looking for someone to do a great job, at a great price call them, you won't be disappointed.
