They were prompt, dog friendly, friendly in general and very helpful. Ken saved me money from working on my truck when he showed me something the previous mechanic had missed, and were trustworthy and honest with my business. I appreciated greatly their helpfulness as a few other places may have taken advantage and done the job regardless. Thank you!

Had my hubby bring my car into this shop for full breaks to get replaced. They started making a terrible noice after but I ignored it because it would go away sometimes and I don't live in Kamloops. Fast forward 8 months and they started making a really really bad noise now. Took it into a different shop to finally find out why it was making the sound. Well the mechanics showed me after they took my tire off....fountain tire didn't put the bolts back to hold my brakes and caliper in place and my brake was floating there. This could have cost my children and I our lives if it locked up on us.Update: I sent an email to the email address provided and have heard nothing back from customer service. I wouldn't be in the system as I stated it was my hubby who brought my car in which it would be under his account.

I was recently visiting my family in Kamloops from the US and had a leaky tire the day before my return home. Doug and his staff at Fountain Tire were super friendly and were able to get me in first thing Monday a.m. Their staff was personable and professional & and they were kind enough to not charge me. I highly recommend Doug and his staff.get me in and my tire repaired within minutes on Monday morning. Hi highly recommend this
