Great experience while getting a new bicycle with legendary customer service attached!

Worst customer service ever, store manager Caroline does not speak English, and I was told to speak French. My issue was not resolved.Sports Expert should have policy to hire bilingual employees in Quebec.

Very helpful staff . Couldn’t find the coat we were looking for , had to purchase online.

Worst service ever! I bought a bike a week ago in another Sports expert store and it needed to adjust the break. I'm not sure the policy of that, but I talked to 3 different people from 3 different stores (including Longueuil) and they told me that I can go there to have it fixed with no charge. For my surprise, the guy who received me to adjust that was super rude (and he said that he is also the manager) and he told me that he will charge me, as I didn't buy my bike there. It's just frustating how so many employees gave the wrong information. I had so much problem in this store that I will never recommend it. In fact, I recommend the employees need urgent a training, so everyone will give the right information.

First time I went, I was recommended the wrong pair of shoes. Was looking for running shoes for in and outdoor running, but was shown and sold trekking shoes.Went back for an exchange and they were reluctant, but ended up giving me store credit, because running with the first pair I bought were creating rashes on the bottom of my feet.All in all, I now have the perfect pair of running shoes and was very well advised the second time around.Overall experience was great! But frustrating at times.

Staff don’t want to help you at all. Just students working there who do not care and love to chat with each other.
