Picked up an online order that I placed heading home only to discover the pizza was raw when I reached home. Called customer service and the response I got was a 5 dollar credit after throwing a 30 dollar order in the garbage. Been ordering Pizza Pizza for 30 years and never had a worse experience. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Make sure you check your pizza before you leave the store…

I have been going to pizza pizza and had loved their Mediterranean pizza for years. But the pizza I got from this location was not Mediterranean or cooked. I could have put this pizza together for less, purchasing ingredients from the grocery store. My pizza looked like I ordered sprinkled broccoli flakes with a spoon of cheese, topped with a whole red onion and special instructions to slide my topping to the centre while dusting tomato sauce along he edges with strict directions to undercook the whole thing ..so I can bake it on 350 for an extra 30 minutes when I get home....if your high or drunk I guess this will do..but I am sober and hungry and this pizza was TRASH..do yourself a favor and buy some frozen pizza from the grocery store and save your money

This was bad, just received our order from here and yea, just horrible. Both pizzas looked terrible and had this raw flour taste to it that over powered everything they were topped with, none of us made it through a single slice, we cut our losses and re ordered from elsewhere.Few months back I had stopped in with my daughter for her to pick up a slice and she said it was good, the people inside were very nice which kinda sucks having to leave this.

It’s Labour Day… and i’m feeling generous. So I decide to give my local Pizza Pizza (this location) a second chance after numerous letdowns. The result: an EVEN WORSE experience than any of the times before. I ordered two of the $8.99 two topping specials. My question is… why do the owners at this location think its okay to serve a customer a pizza that has so little pepperoni that some slices had none on it? And a small finger full of ground beef on a pizza is not even close to enough. Now let’s talk cheese. I know that in the pizza business mozzarella is known as white gold but I shouldn’t be able to see more sauce than cheese. I’ve attached a picture of what I received. As they say… a picture tells a thousand words. But this pizza only needs one. GARBAGE! $20 for trash. I’m officially done with this location.

When I went there the large pizza 1 topping was on special for around $11 the cashier lady charged me $17 + then I mentioned to her that the paper on the window says $11, the lady corrected the price to $11 but she didn’t look happy, she’s not very friendly every time I go there anyway, I avoid going there because I don’t feel welcome there…I wonder if she’s the same to every costumer.

The store was dirty. There was cigarette butts under multiple chairs and dead flies everywhere, even on the tables. The food was okay. But I wouldn’t eat here again.

I am disappointed with this location and wont be back... the pizzas I ordered had hardly any topping on them.... one pizza was chicken and red pepper and each slice had 1 piece of chicken and 1 piece of pepper on it.... my second pizza was extra pepperoni and each slice had 2 pieces of pepperoni on them.... this was a pathetic attempt at pizza making and you should be ashamed of yourselves... Who ever made my pizzas should be fired. pizza was ordered at 6:00 04/8/23 Be sure to share this with the everyone at the 279 Yonge Street Pizza Pizza Thank You

Both burnt on the bottom. Restaurant was empty I don't know how she burnt them to be perfectly honest, if it wasn't intentional then it's a level of incompetence that is simply baffling. It's on me for not checking until I got home I suppose.
