Neuheimer Tree Care

First trimmed our trees 4-5 years ago. Contacted them back early this spring to get an estimate and arrange a date for the fall. On three different occasions I was told Mike would be around within a few days with a quote and the option to book. Neither ever came, was provided his personal cell which I did not bother him on until today. After my wife called and got his assistant who was told “we are not doing any residential work this year”. So why were we strung along for 5 months? Promise after promise only to be told at the last minute sorry we can’t help. I even have in writing from the spring, myself asking if it’s a case if he doesn’t want the business to just say so to allow me to move on but received the “reply oh no that is defiantly not it, he just purchased a new machine you can 100% count on him”. Thanks to this company and their chronic lying we have been left in a very bad spot. Even tried to pull the I have no employees because to the CERB line. When asked why he was not reporting them and told I would gladly on his behalf, an individual next to him told him to hang up. Clear fraud being committed here, have contacted CRA to perform an audit, will ensure the city reviews any contracts with them and will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do yourselves a favour and do not contact them or let them on your property for any reason whatsoever no matter the reason they give you. Their fraudulent.

Great employer. Very intelligent owner and operator, very hard working and very well skilled and knowledgeable in the field. Mike is a pretty impressive human and employer. I worked with a great group at Neuheimer Tree Care, it was like a tight run family at work.

I called Mike (Neuheimer Tree Care) for more tree felling and would not hesitate to refer this company as they have done outstanding work. Thank you Mike and your team

Called and left message requiring service. Never returned my call. It has been over a week now and no response.

Fantastic job done! Courteous, professional, they removed every scrap of a sizeable downed tree in our yard. I’d certainly recommend them.

Just had our trees trimmed and this tree service is beyond what anyone would expect! Totally METICULOUS! CONSCIENTIOUS! AND POLITE! They left our yard like they never were here. PRICELESS SERVICE!
