Terry and his apprentices did a wonderful job with our a/c unit. We reached Terry on a weekend at the end of May in a heat wave, he helped us over the phone to see if there was anything we could do to alleviate the problem but it was evident that there was a major issue. He came by on the Monday, his diagnosis was accurate and quick, he ordered and installed a high quality a/c unit on the Wednesday. The customer service we received was excellent and the price was very reasonable, we felt very fortunate that he was recommended to us. Tried to support local and asked to quote a job for me, he set the quote time and didn't show up. I reached out and he apologized and set a new time, which he did show up for. Work was loosely booked for 'in a couple weeks', after which I followed up and was told 'next week' which I followed up on again and was told 'next Thursday or Friday for sure!' He never reached out or provided any indication the work would ever get done. Not sure why he wasted both of our time quoting if he didn't want the work.

Rather than tell me he wasn't interested in the job, he came to my house and I had to take off from work.He then took notes then never returned my calls. Very unprofessional. I was quite disappointed by this.If you have a standard job, maybe he is good, but such actions are warning signals.

Terry just finished up our A/C. The 2nd one he's has done for us. Did the A/C at our old place 5 years ago did an excellent job and a quick turnaround. We moved and the A/C was old and needed replacing. Terry was able to get us up and running in no time. Really top drawer service. 5 stars.
