I love their professionalism and work. They’re students after all, mistakes do happen.

I didn’t even get a chance to get a service because immediately upon arrival I was treated very poorly. As a program that should promote hospitality I expected much more. The woman very rudely asked me if I was a student as if I should not be in the spa. Should I not have been there? The spa was open and I was a new client trying to check it out. I was only looking around to browse product and see what type of service I wanted and felt very unwelcome and unwanted. The person who made me feel this way was in a black uniform which makes me believe she was a teacher, as the students were much more kind and wearing grey. If this is the role model they have I really hope they do not think this is okay in their future spa careers. I would not come back here after this experience and it’s really a shame. :(

My technician was slow as hell - so much so that I had to leave before my appointment was complete because they had to close for cleaning and come back later. And the nail polish was sloppy and left weird blotches on my nails after I removed it.

Had a facial done and the girls were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The treatment itself was super relaxing and I got clear glowy skin from it!

NO STARS! They have ruined my face I had to get treatments somewhere else in order to undo their mistakes. They take forever to do wax. It took them the whole day to finish a Brazilian wax. I recommend Beauty Bar clinics.
