Sometimes you go for expecting one thing and end up getting so many delicious food at time.I have experienced same at this place.Chef was a great to us.And overall staff was also nice.Had such a good fun

Service was good. Ordered hot wings, they tasted like vinegar. Mentioned to server, her reply was they changed sauce a few months ago. Told her manager, his reply was that's how they taste now. Manager didn't come to our table. And the wings were still charged on our bill. What is the Honest to goodness fee of 3% ? Didn't even notice that till after we left. Definitely won't order the hot wings again.

went for dinner on Sunday, not too busy and appreciate the value but this location doesn't measure up to what we've experienced at other Chuck's. Caesar salad had almost no dressing and stale croutons. Roast Beef sandwich wasn't on the toasted bun and the presentation could have been better, dipping sauce way too salty like it was the concentrate without being properly mixed. Fountain drink choices very limited. Carrot cake was great!Atmosphere is a bit too open and noisy, like its a warehouse. Our server must be new or didn't care as menu's and salad plate left on the table throughout the entire meal, another server cleared our dinner plates, had to ask for drink refills and dessert, brought the bill and waited at the table then took forever to return with change. Next time we'll go to the other location or spend a bit more and go somewhere we know the service will be wonderful.

The whole gimmick with the goodness to fairness" fee was that the food was cheaper but my burger still came out to $20 and in my opinion

Nice ambiance like other locations of Chuck's, different seating choices for various numbers of parties. Food is of high quality and the burgers, in particular, are very tasty. The only complaint I have is that they're clearly understaffed and there was only one waitress for the whole place at lunch time on a Monday and although she did her best, the service was slow.

By far the worst most horrible restaurant in all of Guelph. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The service by their staff and manager is by far the worst experience ever. We had a reservation for 10 people at 8:45 pm. We showed up at 8:50 pm and they had informed us to take a seat and that our table will be ready in a few minutes.Needless to say after an hour of waiting we were never seated as a whole group. When we asked the server if our table was going to be ready she simply replied with “oh the uni students just ordered more beers so I don’t think so”. We decided to take this up with management. The manager didn’t care even the slightest, when we asked him how he could we have a reso and not be seated together (it was for a party otherwise we would have went elsewhere) he simply tuned us out and responded with “I understand BUT” then proceed to argue with us as to how this was our fault.The only thing keeping this mismanagement afloat is their ability to keep university students drunk at a steep discount and not their care for providing quality service.

Very nice and clean place to Eat. Very good place for any sports lover to enjoy the NHL or NBA games. This place is loaded with screen.Food is good too. I had New York steak and fries. Price is also very reasonable compared to other places. The server was very polite and came into check several times. Variety of drinks available and affordable too. I would definitely come back to this place.

Disgusting experience, went to get drinks and noticed 2 cockroaches running around.. notified the waitress she tried to get the manager they didn’t even come. Obviously I’m not insane I don’t expect them to call pest extermination on site but if u get caught lacking at least have the decency to show some concern as a manager instead of sending the waitress back to offer a free dessert.

Prices are very good but they kind of dictate the food quality. We had a burger and a roasted half chicken dinner, both with fries. The burger was hearty and good but not great, typical of a frozen restaurant burger patty. The roasted half chicken was lacking in flavour, and although thoroughly cooked was slightly cold inside, so it was surely cooked well ahead of time, put in the fridge and reheated for my order.In the past at a different Chuck's location, we had steaks and ribs that were good and that's probably the only thing we''ll come back to try.

Came with my family twice and loved it. Waiters were great both times (s/o to Cody!) and steaks were amazing. Had the porterhouse rare & then the sirloin & lobster. All cooked to perfection. I wouldn’t recommend the appetizers however so far weren’t stellar (loaded fries, calamari, tempura shrimp). Fries could do with a little more salt but that’s a personal taste.
