Very large marks with a up stairs with mostly women's work wear husband needs tall sizes and they didn't have any carhartt tall so he settled for the Denver brand in tall they are a nice shirt but not really what he was looking for long line up to pay only real downside

As a mother walking around with a stroller, this store gets me so frustrated every time I try to shop here. I leave after trying find my way out of the maze. No one ever clears the walk ways. This isn’t my first experience. Once over Father’s Day I tried to find a gift fin the men’s section and I couldn’t even get into the aisles. How could someone who is in a wheelchair navigate this store?

Offered $78.00 in store credit on return of $134.99 never worn hiking shoes. Given as a gift, didnt fit, wanted to exchange for a pair that fit. Had proof of purchase. Have shopped here for years. No more.

I want to thank Dagan & Tosh in the Langley store for their assistance in having an item transferred to a store in Edmonton. I could not find the item on the Mark’s website & stores in my city did not carry it either.They both went above & beyond with their customer service. Dagan was very professional in how she handles the issue & got back to me within the time frame she said she would. I appreciate both their efforts immensely.Again, thank you so much. You both are definitely an asset to Mark’s.

Their return policy is GARBAGE. I bought a 200$ boot, and it was comfortable in the store, but wearing them at home was the worst pair i ever bought. Went to return them, and even though i have original reciept, their policy only is for manufacturing defalts and would not take them back and return my money. Save your money and a headache, shop elsewhere.

Good store,but sometimes I have trouble finding my size Levi's pants. I guess the size is popular and always sells quickly. Langley location have bigger selection.

Cashier wouldn't allow the friends and family discount because I couldn't remember where I saw the advertisement. I knew it was a promo, she could have applied it, but I didn't have the barcode. Pretty rough after I spent almost $400 there.Guy on the floor was nice and helpful though, found me the exact boots I needed.Would probably recommend another location.

This is Marks corporate store apparently and isn’t a franchise. This probably means they get the newest items in first and is also probably stocked better.This has been my experience when buying a birthday gift for my father. The franchises either didn’t have any stock, or didn’t have the right size.Whilst I understand there may be competition between franchisor and a franchisee, it ultimately doesn’t translate to a positive or consistent shopping experience for the customers. I don’t want to have to drive to Langley when there’s a Marks nearby in Surrey.

Marks Langley may represent as a size inclusive store however there attitudes do not. Prior to going in I made sure they had the items and size in stock and when I showed up it was so disorganized I couldn’t find the size so I asked for help and the lady was willing, she started scanning trying to find the size. Another worker comes over and asks what we’re looking for and after a short conversation she says “the big sizes are over there” and pointed to one table in the corner and I continued to try to ask questions but her attitude was very unprofessional and her facial expressions were unnecessary. As I was walking away they were whispering and laughing. To specify I was looking for a size 34 and she had directed me to the plus size section. I successfully found my items in size 34. I have never walked into a store with good spirits and left feeling put down.For privacy I left the two ladies names out but they should reconsider how they present themselves and their attitudes especially in a work place.

Very nice store. In it you can buy all the clothes, shoes and personal protection for construction and more. Lots of men's and women's clothing of high quality. Friendly staff and a wide variety of discounts. You can buy for cash or open a credit account. Lots of parking spaces. To date, in the fight against covid 19.At the entrance there are hand sanitizers. Everything is wiped. People adhere to social distance. Thank you)
